Ibrutumomab tiuxetan is an adduct of a murine monoclonal antibody ibrutumomab which targets the B-cell CD20 surface antigen (present on most non-Hodgkins Lymphoma tumor cells) and the linker-chelator tiuxetan for binding the radioisotopes Indium-111 or Yttrium-90. Ibrutumomab tiuxetan has received regulatory approval in the US and Europe for the radioimmunotherapy (RIT) of CD20 positive, relapsed or refractory, low-grade or follicular B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Indications include patients with rituximab refractory follicular non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, used in combination with rituximab.
murine IgG1κ monoclonal antibody, conjugated to a chelator (tiuxetan) for labeling with Indium-111 or Yttrium-90
non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (CD20 positive, low-grade or follicular) which is relapsed or refractory to rituximab, in combination with rituximab
